When threading up machine please ensure that the PRESSER FOOT is in the HIGHEST POSITION, thus releasing the tension discs, enabling the thread to locate correctly around & to the centre of the tension discs. Otherwise the thread will mass in loops under the material.Run your machine on scrap material to ensure all excess oil is removed before sewing.
