If you have any problems due to mechanical failure, NOT wilful, accidental or any deliberate damage we will repair the item without charge (parts covered by the Manufactures warranty and labour) but you pay the carriage and any insurance both ways. In the unlikely event that you need to return this item you must phone us first so that we can establish the cause of your problems before you arrange to dispatch the goods back to us, you will find us very helpful. Most problems are caused by incorrect use we will help talk you through the correct set up.

Returns/Refunds

In the event that the buyer suspects the item to be faulty, a return may be arranged a refund/replacement will be offered subject to our inspection & test by our qualified engineer. The buyer must contact us first before returning the item. We are always happy to advise you if you are having any problems.

When threading up machine please ensure that the PRESSER FOOT is in the HIGHEST POSITION, thus releasing the tension discs, enabling the thread to locate correctly around & to the centre of the tension discs.
